About Project
Urla Zeytinalanı project, which is a Soyak Real Estate investment on an area of 150,000 m², is comprised of artificial made pond, swimming pool, fitness-spa center and sports fields with a total of 218 with the villas. The first phase of this special three phase project of “Club House” concept modern architecture villas and with yards and terraces was constructed along with the grounds as a turnkey project.
