Piyalepaşa İstanbul

Piyalepaşa Istanbul, which was built with Polat’s 60 years of experience, is a home, residence, hotel, office and shopping street multipurpose project. Built on a property measuring 82,000 m², Piyalepaşa Istanbul was designed with mostly Seljuk and Ottoman architecture inspiration. Aiming to create a difference with an environmental approach, this project will be one of the first in the World and Turkey to have a “Leed Neighborhood Development” certificate. Having a latural desing which includes lower buildings rather than skyscrapers, Piyalepaşa İstanbul was contracted to Perspektif Yapı as the main contracter.
