About Project
Our 4 star business hotel project, located in Ümraniye – Şerifali, Istanbul’s rising star is only 5 minutes from the Finance Center and has 7,500 m² of indoor space and 127 rooms with a 260 bed capacity, 5 meeting rooms and a fitness – spa center. This project of which Perspektif Yapı is investment partner, has been completed in december 2017.
