Ege Perla Mall

The Ege PERLA mixed use project designed by İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. in Konak Izmir as a shopping, business and living center with about 26,000 m² in leasable space, includes select shops in a semi open architecture. The project includes homes and offices in different sizes from 1+1 to 5+1 executive and different types with a spectacular view of the bay in addition to the shops. The design of Ege Perla, the first mixed project in the region, was done by Emre Arolat with inspiration from a traditional life style.

In the scope of this mall project the turnkey delivery decoration, detailed structure plumbing work and fitout technical support works were undertaken by our company.
