About Project
The Ormanada project was developed by Eczacıbaşı GYO with the signatures of Torti Gallas and Partners, Kreatif Mimarlık and Rainer Schmidt Landscape Architects. Located on a property spanning over 220 decare, the project is comprised of 187 villas, 83 attached houses and social living areas. Each of the villas with a pool is 290-679 m² and the row houses vary between 175-425 m².
