Designed by the British Chapman Taylor architecture company, “Büyükyalı Istanbul”, a project which will come to life on the Istanbul Kazlıçeşme coastal road, is a high quality mixed project on an area of 111,263 m² comprised of 993 homes, Residences, Offices and Hotel and Commercial Units. 2 phases of the project with a construction area of 560,000 m² to be built in 4 phases has been constructed by our company.
