About Project
Boka Place Project, operated by Adriatic Marinas D.O.O, owned by Dubai-based Investment Corporation of Dubai, is a mixed project consisting of hotel, residential and commercial blocks with a construction area of 75,000 m², located at the heart of the Porto Montenegro Project, which is an attraction point for visitors. The architectural concept of this mixed-use project was made by Holder Mathias Architects.
