About Project
Nurhayat Hotel Project, located in Edremit district of Balıkesir province, will be constructed as a 5-star hotel with a thermal water system, which will serve 300 people with a total of 141 rooms, 131 standard rooms and 10 suites. Social facilities of the hotel include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, restaurant, cafeteria, cure centers (Turkish bath, steam room, salt room, mud bath, massage parlours, sauna, etc.), gym, meeting and seminar rooms, health units, prayer room, children’s playground. areas, markets etc. The project, which includes the units, was undertaken by our company as the main contractor on a turnkey basis.
