About Project
The Nivo Ataköy Project, design of which was chosen in a competition of 5 international companies, was developed by Cathay Group & Leadership Development. The project, which was established on an area of 12,689m² in the form of two blocks with 21 floors each, is comprised of 314 home and 73 commercial units. The first 4 floors are commercial area and the upper 16 levels are home offices & residences. This project is being built by Perspektif Yapı as a turnkey project.
